1. Information we collect
Team Manage collects only the information reasonably required to provide the service. In most cases, that is limited to account registration details, organization and billing details, support communications, and essential security or access logs.
Account access
Names, business email addresses, organization names, user roles, and the sign-in information needed to manage secure access.
Billing and contact
Basic subscription, invoicing, and authorized business contact information needed to manage the customer relationship.
Support and security
Support requests and limited security logs used to keep the service reliable and investigate account or access issues.
2. How we use information
Team Manage uses collected information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process billing, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
We do not describe an advertising or data-broker model for Team Manage. Information is handled to operate the product relationship, not to build unrelated marketing profiles.
3. Processing roles and customer instructions
For limited customer-provided service information that must be handled to provide the service, Team Manage typically acts on behalf of the customer and processes data in accordance with customer instructions reflected in the service configuration, agreement, or support requests. Customers remain responsible for determining whether they have an appropriate legal basis to use information they place in the service.
For account creation, billing, service administration, and support communications, Team Manage generally acts as an independent controller because that information is necessary to operate and safeguard the service relationship.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with a limited set of service providers that help with hosting, authentication, payment processing, customer support, or security operations. Those providers are expected to handle data under confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to their role.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights, systems, customers, or business operations of Team Manage or others.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share customer data for advertising purposes. If Team Manage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction subject to customary confidentiality protections.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by data type, subscription tier, support history, and applicable law.
Customer-provided service information is generally retained for the duration of the subscription and any agreed transition or export period. After termination, data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the customer’s contract, internal retention controls, and operational backup cycles.
6. Security and international transfers
Team Manage uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Those safeguards include role-based access controls, logging, monitoring, encryption in transit, and operational review practices consistent with the services offered.
Where data must be processed across jurisdictions, Team Manage uses appropriate contractual and operational measures designed to support lawful transfer and consistent handling. No transmission or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers should configure access settings appropriately for their risk profile.
7. Essential cookies and privacy choices
Team Manage uses only essential cookies or similar storage needed to sign users in, maintain secure sessions, and keep the service functioning reliably. We do not describe advertising trackers within the product experience.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, or object to certain processing. Where Team Manage acts as a processor, requests relating to customer-managed service information should usually be directed to the relevant customer administrator first.
Team Manage may require reasonable verification before fulfilling privacy requests and may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, security obligations, or legitimate dispute resolution requirements.
8. Policy updates and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product evolution, legal requirements, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice through the service or through account contacts.
Questions about privacy practices, data processing terms, or privacy rights requests can be directed through your Team Manage account representative or privacy contact channel identified in your commercial documentation.
